Having to find a new place to live in a relatively short amount of time was not an enjoyable position to be in. Without Kit and Baird & Warner we never would have been linked up with a Realtor in our state to find a home in an extremely short period of time. I highly recommend Kit for your real estate needs. I was referred to Kit by my brother who she previously helped to find an apartment that he is very happy with! I was under a time crunch to find somewhere affordable and safe to live within 2 weeks and Kit was extremely prepared and helpful from the start. In a matter of a couple days, she provided a bunch of listings for me to choose from, scheduled appointments for the 7 I wanted to see, and took the time and energy to pick me up and drive me to see them. After the showings, I let her know which property I was interested in and she was relentless, making certain that she contacted the property manager right away and got the paperwork process rolling. Within a week I was able to sign the lease, and I moved in the following week as planned! She is fantastic in replying right away to any questions or concerns you may have, while remaining very positive and supportive throughout the entire process. She is very professional but also becomes like working with your best friend because she is so personable and easy to work with. If you need help finding a property, please do not hesitate to reach out to Kit. I encourage anyone to use her services as she will listen to all your needs and go to bat for you, as well as offer a wealth of industry knowledge and experience along the way. This was my first time using a realtor for an apartment search and I'm very glad that I did. So for any one on the fence, don't be, because if you choose Kit you will surely be in great hands!!
