Having to find a new place to live in a relatively short amount of time was not an enjoyable position to be in. I had some pretty specific requirements relative to location, type of building, parking etc. and I was expecting a pretty stressful experience. Enter Kit Welch. What an amazing person to work with. My son was looking for a condo in the north side of Chicago and Kit worked tirelessly for places that might fit the bill. She'd call with 4-5 places for us to look at in an evening and have everything laid out so we didn't waste time. Really effective use of time. We were pretty picky so we passed on a lot of places before we found the right place. Kit always understood that. Once, we found a place that we really liked, but the inspection showed some real flaws. She spoke up pretty clearly and told us we shouldn't buy that place, and she was right. Now my son is in a place that fit the budget and fits his needs. Kit did a great job navigating through a lot of places to get us to the right one.
