We needed someone to help us to coordinate a move from out of state which is a daunting task. We are a non-traditional family and Chicagoland is a big place, parts of which are better suited to our needs than others. We found Kit to be knowledgable, helpful, and just plain likable. She helped to link us to resources to facilitate our home purchase and to help us establish our lives. While we've completed our home purchase, I don't think this is the end of our relationship with Kit. Down the road we plan to do some remodeling and will seek out Kit's advice on potential contractors and what changes would help our home's resale value and what to avoid. Someday, when the time comes for us to move again, we'll use Kit to help us with that move as well. Whatever your needs are, I feel confident Kit will go above and beyond to help you find a home perfect for you.
