Kit was so fantastic to work with. We were planning ahead to buy our first home by 2021 and met with Kit to get acquainted with the process of looking for place to be prepared. We were worried that we were going to be wasting her time by meeting so early but she assured us that the right thing would happen at the right moment and with her help and her team's guidance, we ended up being able to buy the perfect place in just over a year. Kit was supportive and diligent, she listened to what we needed without steering or judging but also offered other possibilities when it seemed we were thinking a bit narrow.
