Kit Welch was awesome! Over and over she demonstrated exactly what we needed from an agent. From our first phone conversation and throughout the buying process, Kit's expertise and tenacity reduced our anxiety. She had our backs. We could contact her easily, day or night. She always responded quickly and professionally. She seems made for the 24-hour-a-day demands of a real estate agent. There were some issues with the condo we bought and the selling agent was, shall we say, less than honest. Kit got to the bottom of it all tactfully and with dogged determination. This was our first time buying a condominium in a large building. Many times Kit brought issues to out attention that we needed to consider. Without her, we would never have even thought of them.
