Kit and Ashley were the best brokers in the world for us, and I mean that sincerely. My co-owner and I had two units in a condo where we were very unhappy. Our goal was to sell them and move to a house in another part of the city. We starting working with Kit and Ashley and pretty soon we realized we couldn't hold out until we sold the condos to move. We switched gears to finding a house first, and then selling the units after we moved. Not only that, we learned we couldn't afford the part of the city where we intended to move and had to look in a totally different area. Kit and Ashley switched gears effortlessly in all respects, and guided us through buying a new house we like very much and selling first one unit (1 week on the market) and then the other (four weeks on the market). I think there are three main reason for their success: 1) they're very intelligent, 2) they know real estate, and 3) I think they genuinely like people. That's a great mix for a successful real estate broker. Their advice was always frank but respectful. Although they have a strong commitment to the LGBTQ community, I think they would be wonderful brokers for anybody. I'm very glad I found them looking for brokers in a neighborhood far away from where we're living now.
