Having to find a new place to live in a relatively short amount of time was not an enjoyable position to be in. I had some pretty specific requirements relative to location, type of building, parking etc. and I was expecting a pretty stressful experience. Enter Kit Welch. What an amazing person to work with. Kit made sure our searches were well focused, efficient and stress free. She really knows the city and was able to recommend the perfect location for me. I'm now in a new place and it's great! Kit is very skilled at what she does and actually makes the relocation experience enjoyable. I highly recommend her.

My son was looking for a condo in the north side of Chicago and Kit worked tirelessly for places that might fit the bill. She'd call with 4-5 places for us to look at in an evening and have everything laid out so we didn't waste time. Really effective use of time. We were pretty picky so we passed on a lot of places before we found the right place. Kit always understood that. Once, we found a place that we really liked, but the inspection showed some real flaws. She spoke up pretty clearly and told us we shouldn't buy that place, and she was right. Now my son is in a place that fit the budget and fits his needs. Kit did a great job navigating through a lot of places to get us to the right one.

Kit has been such an incredible real estate agent for me. She helped me find both of my apartments in Chicago--one a rented condo in East Lakeview, and the other an apartment for rent also in Boystown. Both times she was able to provide her first hand experience of the area. Certainly helps when you have an agent that lives right in the area! But it's clear her expertise extends far beyond Boystown. Regardless of where you're looking to live in Chicago, Kit should be your go to agent.

Kit was amazing! So professional. She's warm and friendly and really listened to what I wanted and needed. We scheduled a few showings in one day and the third showing was exactly what I was looking for. She was so prepared and really on top of things. I was looking for a rental but I'm excited to work with Kit in the near future when I buy. I know she will help me find my exact fit!
