We own two condo's on Lake Shore Dr. that we use as rentals, and for the first time in 24 years both came up for renewal at the same time and right when we were looking for a new realtor to handle the listings. This totally stressed me out big time as we actually live in Alaska over 3500 miles away, not to mention the 3-hour time difference.
