We own two condo's on Lake Shore Dr. that we use as rentals, and for the first time in 24 years both came up for renewal at the same time and right when we were looking for a new realtor to handle the listings. This totally stressed me out big time as we actually live in Alaska over 3500 miles away, not to mention the 3-hour time difference. However, when we got online and started reading all the amazing reviews on Kit Welch and her teammate Ashley Kammrath, we just knew it was going to be ok if we were to work with them, and it was! In fact, it was so much more then 'ok'. Both Kit and Ashley were beyond helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and involved with literally every single step of the way. And in the end, we now have two awesome renters in our units and we owe it all to the amazing Kit Welch and Ashley Kammrath, who just happen to be the best realtors we have ever had the pleasure of working with and will continue to work with them in the future.
