I reached out to Kit based on a recommendation from a friend. I had less than a week to find a new place to live and was having no luck on my own. Within a couple hours of talking to Kit for the first time she sent me a bunch of great options to look through and two days later we were looking at my favorites in person. Not only was she professional and extremely responsive, but she was very easy to talk to and made this sometimes frustrating process a lot of fun. Even though I'm only renting for now, I will be looking to buy a place in the next year or so. Kit was offering great advice on the beginning steps of that process and clearly understands her business better than most. You really can't go wrong working with Kit.
