Kit has been such an incredible real estate agent for me. She helped me find both of my apartments in Chicago--one a rented condo in East Lakeview, and the other an apartment for rent also in Boystown. Both times she was able to provide her first hand experience of the area. Certainly helps when you have an agent that lives right in the area! But it's clear her expertise extends far beyond Boystown. Regardless of where you're looking to live in Chicago, Kit should be your go to agent.

Kit was so fantastic to work with. We were planning ahead to buy our first home by 2021 and met with Kit to get acquainted with the process of looking for place to be prepared. We were worried that we were going to be wasting her time by meeting so early but she assured us that the right thing would happen at the right moment and with her help and her team's guidance, we ended up being able to buy the perfect place in just over a year.
